Noor Obeid has more than ten years of experience in Project Management, Business Development, and Communication Strategy. Noor has experience in the private and the international non-governmental sectors across five countries in the Middle East. She now leads the Small Changes Project in the MENA, values operating in the field, and is interested in how art and culture reflect and impact societies.
